Human Resources Director

At Adams Keegan, we are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Manager to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our organization's success.
Key Responsibilities:- Employee Support: Serve as the first point of contact for all HR issues, fostering positive relationships with employees and addressing concerns in a respectful and professional manner.
- Recruitment and Retention: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job postings to offer letters, with a focus on attracting a diverse workforce and retaining top talent.
- Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with senior management to provide strategic HR guidance and support, particularly in areas such as talent development and employee engagement.
- Process Optimization: Analyze and refine HR processes to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and improve overall efficiency.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, working closely with Legal Counsel to mitigate organizational risks.
- Performance Management: Support the performance appraisal process and develop a talent development program to drive employee growth and progression.
- Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; MBA or MA/MS in human resources or a related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with a strong background in recruitment, talent development, and employee engagement.
- Certifications: SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) or SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office, and a strong understanding of organizational development principles.
