Water Treatment Sales Professional

Hydrite is seeking a skilled Water Treatment Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining a sales territory, focusing on business development and sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain a sales territory, focusing on business development and sales growth.
- Obtain new business by using Salesforce as a sales development tool, structuring programs for customers and prospects, and engaging corporate resources to create competitive advantage.
- Grow and protect existing business by constructing and executing a sound annual business plan, building in-depth relationships with decision-makers, and resolving customer service issues.
- Improve gross margins by identifying competitive situations, negotiating price adjustments, and analyzing account/product gross margin data.
Requirements:
- College education and prior sales experience preferred.
- 5+ years of sales experience or industry management.
- Ability to construct a business plan with Sales Manager assistance.
- Must have a valid driver's license and have an acceptable motor vehicle driving record.
- Must possess computer skills and be proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
