Job Title: Water Treatment Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Water Treatment Account Manager to join our team at Hydrite. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining a sales territory, focusing on business development and sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain a sales territory, focusing on business development and sales growth.
  • Obtain new business by utilizing Salesforce as a sales development tool, structuring programs for customers and prospects, and engaging corporate resources to create competitive advantage.
  • Grow and protect existing business by constructing and executing a sound annual business plan, building in-depth relationships with decision-makers, and developing Preferred Account Management Plans.
  • Improve gross margins by identifying competitive situations, negotiating responses, and analyzing account/product gross margin data.
Requirements:
  • College education and prior sales experience preferred.
  • 5+ years of sales experience or industry management.
  • Ability to construct a business plan with Sales Manager assistance.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and have an acceptable motor vehicle driving record.
  • Must possess computer skills and be proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
