The Brand Marketing team at CookUnity is dedicated to creating and executing outstanding marketing initiatives that enhance brand recognition and foster loyalty. By leveraging data-driven storytelling, the Brand Marketing team aims to establish a beloved brand among food enthusiasts.

Position Summary

We are in search of an exceptional Culinary Presentation Specialist to join our internal creative team and elevate CookUnity into one of the most recognizable and enticing food brands globally. This role focuses on the preparation and styling of food for photography and film, ensuring that all food items are presented in a visually appealing and appetizing manner, adhering to our established food styling standards.

The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail, exhibit boundless creativity, and have a profound understanding of contemporary culinary techniques and trends. Strong organizational abilities, punctuality, and the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously are essential. We seek an individual who is as ambitious as they are talented, with a portfolio that reflects a history of outstanding work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and style food items for various media formats.
  • Collaborate with the Creative Director to ensure food products are presented attractively, in line with CookUnity brand standards.
  • Work alongside photographers, videographers, chefs, and other team members to achieve desired visual results.
  • Contribute creative ideas for food presentations and styling.
  • Stay informed about current food trends and integrate them into styling.
  • Coordinate with marketing and creative teams to understand project needs and deliverables.
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional team members to ensure timely ingredient delivery and smooth execution of shoots.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized workspace.
  • Ensure all styling tools and equipment are well-maintained.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience as a Culinary Presentation Specialist, ideally in both commercial and editorial environments.
  • Proven experience styling for video and various social media platforms.
  • Experience thriving in fast-paced settings with tight deadlines.
  • Strong culinary skills and knowledge of food preparation techniques.
  • Excellent visual and aesthetic sensibility.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience collaborating with chefs in restaurant kitchens.
  • A culinary degree is advantageous.
