Position Title: Advanced Operations Technician II

Role Summary:

The Advanced Operations Technician plays a crucial role in the meticulous inspection, processing, cleaning, and testing of components and assemblies sourced from cutting-edge manufacturing clients. Technicians are expected to undergo comprehensive training, comprehend, and adhere to established protocols while demonstrating proficiency in inspecting, disassembling, cleaning/refurbishing, reassembling, testing, and packaging customer components and equipment within a highly controlled cleanroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strictly comply with all site safety, quality, and human resources policies and procedures.
  • Interpret and execute written work instructions and procedures, ensuring that each task is completed and documented appropriately.
  • Utilize all necessary safety gear, including hearing protection, safety glasses or face shields, respirators, and chemical process personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Manage potentially hazardous materials in accordance with established manufacturing and safety guidelines.
  • Complete assigned tasks utilizing a variety of cleaning methods, including hand and power tools, mechanical cleaning, and chemical cleaning equipment.
  • Assist in maintaining processing equipment in optimal working condition.
  • Execute assigned tasks within a cleanroom environment while adhering to required cleanroom attire and quality protocols.
  • Support inventory management to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained.
  • Maintain cleanliness and proper upkeep of the work area, equipment, and tools.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in reading English and following technical instructions and procedures.
  • Ability to pass mandatory drug screening and background checks.
  • Minimum educational requirement of a high school diploma or GED.
  • This position is safety-sensitive; maintaining appropriate standards is essential.
  • Willingness to work a compressed work schedule.

Physical Requirements:
