We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Utility Plant Operator I/II to join our team at the City of Chandler's Water Treatment Plant. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our water treatment facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and operate water treatment equipment to ensure optimal performance and water quality.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and facilities.

Requirements
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of experience in water treatment or a related field.
  • A valid Driver's License with an acceptable driving record.
  • ADEQ Grade 1-3 Water Treatment Certification.
  • Ability to pass respirator fit testing and 40-hour HAZWOPER Certification.
