Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and execute comprehensive brand and marketing strategies to boost sales and elevate brand visibility through owned and paid media channels.
- Lead, mentor, and cultivate a high-achieving marketing team with a proactive approach.
- Collaborate with shared services to manage the brand's social media footprint and generate compelling content to enhance follower engagement and conversion rates.
- Work in conjunction with the Aspen One Brand and Digital teams to devise cross-promotional strategies, ensuring cohesive brand campaign execution and heightened brand exposure.
- Establish robust relationships with internal and external stakeholders to pinpoint new market prospects, product extensions, or partnerships that can drive additional revenue streams.
- Analyze and evaluate marketing outcomes, market dynamics, and consumer insights to refine marketing strategies and tactics, exploring new channels, tools, and technologies to maintain the brand's competitive edge.
- Regularly communicate with senior leadership regarding marketing performance, challenges, and opportunities, aligning marketing efforts with the organization's broader strategic objectives.
- Safeguard, enhance, and promote brand integrity across all platforms.
- Develop, monitor, and manage the marketing department's budget.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
