AKIRA is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sample Coordinator/Studio Assistant to join our team. As a key point of contact for incoming and outgoing samples, you will work closely with members of our teams to ensure that samples are tracked, received, and distributed throughout the product life cycle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize and prepare studio samples for photo shoots
  • Work closely with stylists to plan and prepare products for sets
  • Assist on set with keeping track of shoot lists and scanning merchandise
  • Assist photographer in setting up photo equipment, backgrounds, and sets for shoots
  • Assist stylist in cleaning and returning props and merchandise
  • Steam garments and get them photo shoot ready
  • Stay on top of shot and to-be-shot lists
  • Keep studio clean and organized
