Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement effective recruitment methodologies to attract, evaluate, and secure top-tier talent in EPCMV (Engineering, Procurement, Construction Management & Validation).
  • Establish and nurture a robust pipeline of qualified candidates to meet both current and future staffing requirements.
  • Oversee the complete recruitment cycle, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to comprehend job specifications, formulate job postings, and devise recruitment strategies.
  • Employ diverse sourcing techniques to engage potential candidates, including online platforms, job boards, and other innovative methods.
  • Assess candidates to ascertain suitability and present thoroughly vetted candidates to hiring managers.
  • Provide support to managers throughout the recruitment process, from initial outreach to offer negotiations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all candidates within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
  • 5-7 years of comprehensive corporate recruitment experience, encompassing sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate selection, offer negotiation, and closing.
  • Proven experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and online recruitment tools.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making abilities.
  • Capability to manage multiple priorities and adapt swiftly to changing hiring demands.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in recruiting within the EPCM/AEC sector is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with iCIMS ATS is a plus.
  • Prior experience in a staffing agency setting is beneficial.
