Playpanamacitybeach is a premier sports complex located along the stunning coastline, designed to be a leading destination for sports tourism. Our facility features multiple fields tailored for various sports, ensuring a vibrant atmosphere for athletes and visitors alike.

POSITION SUMMARY:

We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Concession Team Members. This role is essential in delivering exceptional service at our concession stands, ensuring patrons enjoy a memorable experience.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Operate cash registers and maintain accurate cash drawer balances.
  2. Engage with customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
  3. Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while serving large crowds.
  4. Maintain cleanliness in dining and concession areas; assist in food preparation, cooking, and serving.
  5. Help with unloading and organizing food and supplies from delivery vehicles.
  6. Monitor and record food temperatures to ensure safety and quality standards.
  7. Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Applicants should possess at least one year of experience in customer service, particularly in a public-facing role, and have prior exposure to the food and beverage sector.

WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Candidates must be able to lift items weighing up to 40 pounds and should be at least 16 years of age. The role may require prolonged periods of standing or sitting, and the environment may experience varying noise levels.
