Key Responsibilities
  1. Process vendor invoices in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  2. Serve as a point-of-contact for questions and dispute resolution for other members of the Accounts Payable team.
  3. Reconcile vendor statements and coordinate with vendors and stores regarding invoicing and payment inquiries and discrepancies.
  4. Coordinate monthly payments to landlords, including rent and adjustments.
  5. Respond to vendor inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  6. Maintain excellent relations with vendors and company associates.
  7. Serve as a subject matter expert for questions and dispute resolution for other members of the Accounts Payable team.
  8. Ensure compliance with Company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  1. Minimum of 3 years prior accounts payable experience in a high-volume environment.
  2. Proficient with computer and Microsoft applications, including MS Dynamics GP.
  3. Excellent oral and written communications skills.
  4. Detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-task, deadline-driven environment.
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  6. Successful completion of pre-employment background check.
