Welding Engineer

CTR Group is seeking a skilled Welding Engineer to join our team in the Seattle, WA area. As a Welding Engineer QA, you will be responsible for ensuring that our production team has the necessary welding procedures to meet the requirements of our Commercial, Government, and Facilities contracts.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Analyze production needs and develop documentation for welding procedures
* Supervise hourly craft workers and ensure compliance with quality standards
* Collaborate with production teams to implement quality improvements
**Requirements:**
* 4-year BS in a related field
* Minimum 3-6 years of experience in engineering, welding, NDE, and/or QC
* NDT certification or CWI certification recommended
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
