Employee Experience Manager

About the Role:
This HR Generalist position is responsible for supporting the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in an HR Generalist role or similar position and a strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and employment laws.
Responsibilities:- Partner with hiring managers to develop job descriptions, source candidates, and coordinate interviews.
- Manage the onboarding process, ensuring new hires are set up for success and feel welcomed into the organization.
- Act as a resource for employees, addressing questions, concerns, and feedback professionally and confidentially.
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, including team events, wellness programs, and recognition efforts.
- Support performance management processes, coaching managers on feedback and development strategies.
- Oversee HR policies and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation in accordance with company and legal requirements.
- Manage benefits administration, including enrollment, questions, and troubleshooting.
- Assist with identifying training needs and supporting the implementation of employee development programs.
- Collaborate with leadership to promote a culture of continuous learning and growth.
- Support key HR initiatives such as DEI programs, retention strategies, and culture-building projects.
- Provide HR data and reporting to support leadership decision-making.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in an HR Generalist role or similar position.
- Experience in a creative, consulting, or dynamic environment preferred.
- Skills and Abilities:
- Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and employment laws.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust across all levels.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other HR tools.
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus.
