About the Role

TIER4 GROUP is seeking an experienced Employee Benefits Coordinator to join our HR team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and providing exceptional customer service to our employees.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in benefits administration, with 5+ years of experience working with U.S. and Canadian benefits programs. They will also possess excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage our employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with U.S. and Canadian benefits regulations (ACA, ERISA, OHSA, provincial laws).
  • Provide exceptional customer service to employees regarding benefits-related inquiries and issues.
  • Coordinate with vendors, track billing, and reconcile invoices for both countries.
  • Support benefits communications, education, and reporting.

Compensation: The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Location: This position is based in Atlanta, GA, and requires on-site work.
