Employee Benefits Manager

Oakbridge Insurance Agency LLC seeks an experienced Employee Benefits Manager to manage client relationships, facilitate sales and administrative processes, and oversee the renewal marketing process. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills to drive business growth and deliver exceptional client service.
Job OverviewKey Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of existing Employee Benefits books of business to ensure complete client satisfaction and fulfillment of coverage and service commitments.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve new business and retention goals.
- Conduct regular reviews of existing plans and coverages for new clients to ensure proper alignment with client needs.
- Oversee the implementation of new business and renewals, including renewal meetings, onboarding, and delivery of administrative resources.
- Build and maintain relationships with key client contacts under producer direction.
- Assist with obtaining reports and meeting with clients regarding claims, risk management, and employee benefits compliance.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in client service and/or sales, preferably in Employee Benefits.
- Strong knowledge of Employee Benefits plans, carrier guidelines, compliance regulations, and legislative changes.
- Ability to plan, organize, implement, monitor, and adapt within a team-oriented environment.
Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $140,000 per year.
