Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of existing Employee Benefits books of business to ensure complete client satisfaction and fulfillment of coverage and service commitments.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve new business and retention goals.
  • Conduct regular reviews of existing plans and coverages for new clients to ensure proper alignment with client needs.
  • Oversee the implementation of new business and renewals, including renewal meetings, onboarding, and delivery of administrative resources.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key client contacts under producer direction.
  • Assist with obtaining reports and meeting with clients regarding claims, risk management, and employee benefits compliance.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in client service and/or sales, preferably in Employee Benefits.
  • Strong knowledge of Employee Benefits plans, carrier guidelines, compliance regulations, and legislative changes.
  • Ability to plan, organize, implement, monitor, and adapt within a team-oriented environment.

Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $140,000 per year.
