As the Inbound Sales Team Manager, you will oversee a group of agents tasked with enhancing package sales and improving conversion metrics. Your responsibilities will include managing daily operations, mentoring agents towards success, and ensuring that high standards of customer service are consistently upheld. You will be instrumental in fulfilling the organization's strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate team schedules and compliance
- Deliver coaching and constructive feedback to agents for ongoing development

- Establish and monitor individual and team performance targets

Qualifications:
