About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Dispensary Associate to join our team at Trulieve. As a key member of our retail team, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert knowledge of our products and services to patients, addressing their questions and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Facilitate patient purchases while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and ensuring compliance with state regulations.
  • Work collaboratively with management and colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Assist with returns and exchanges, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Process patient orders efficiently and accurately, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in retail and customer service a plus.
  • Must be at least 21 years old (or 18 in CT, PA, and WV) and possess a valid driver's license (for delivery associate role).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Physical stamina to move intermittently throughout the workday and perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
