Women's Health/Gender-related NP Specialty Director

Emory University is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Women's Health/Gender-related NP Specialty Director to join our team. As a key member of our School of Nursing, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction for our Women's Health and Gender-related NP program.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic plans to advance the program's mission, vision, and values.
- Lead and manage a team of faculty and staff to deliver high-quality education and research in Women's Health and Gender-related NP.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to promote the program's reputation and national ranking.
- Develop and evaluate internal and external metrics and feedback systems for continuous improvement.
- Ensure the program's compliance with accreditation standards and regulatory requirements.
- Terminal degree (DNP or PhD) in Nursing or related field.
- Experience in nursing education and practice, with a focus on Women's Health and Gender-related NP.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
