About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled ITSM ServiceNow Consultant to join our team at Infosys. As a key member of our IT Service Management team, you will be responsible for conducting ServiceNow engagements covering various Service Management processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct ServiceNow engagements and implement Service Management processes
  • Design, implement, and manage ServiceNow solutions
  • Provide consulting services to clients on IT Service Management and ServiceNow
  • Develop and maintain project plans and integrated schedules
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver ServiceNow projects
  • Advocate for Agile implementation to simplify ServiceNow project delivery
  • Conduct workshops and project meetings to ensure successful project execution
  • Analyze business models and requirements to translate them into specific technology requirements
  • Document and analyze business models and requirements
  • Effectively communicate with internal teams and external clients to deliver functional requirements and interface designs
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution
  • At least 4 years of Information Technology experience
  • At least 4 years of experience in IT Service Management and Transformation Services Practice
  • ServiceNow experience with design, implementation, and management
  • Good understanding of ITIL processes for application
  • Client interaction and project delivery handling
  • Project management providing consulting services to clients
  • Integration of ServiceNow with other applications and toolsets
  • Customer Service Management, Portal Development, Internationalization
  • Proficient in ServiceNow domain and object manipulation
  • Experience with Service Catalog, workflows, and record producers
  • Good experience in writing Business Rules, Script Includes, and Server Side components
  • Performing test code written on ServiceNow platform
  • Provide support to implement ServiceNow projects
  • Liaison between client and functional/technical teams
  • Advocate for Agile implementation to simplify ServiceNow project delivery
  • Conduct workshops and project meetings
  • Develop and maintain project plans and integrated schedules
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver ServiceNow projects

  • Excellent communications and client interaction skills
  • Exceptional planning, project management, coordination, and analytical skills
  • Hands-on experience in working in Global Delivery Model with onsite/offshore resources
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Ability to manage and prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Readiness to demonstrate a proactive attitude
  • Solid attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and interact effectively with all levels of management
  • Proven experience in full development lifecycle and IT service delivery management
  • Team leading and/or management experience
  • Hands-on experience with Service Portal development, JavaScripting, and Angular JS
  • Certified ServiceNow Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist, and ITIL V3 Foundation certifications are a plus
