We are seeking a highly skilled Diagnostic Equipment Support Specialist to join our team in Scranton, PA. As a key member of our field service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our customers in the diagnostic imaging industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and maintenance for diagnostic equipment, including troubleshooting and repairing complex electronic and mechanical systems.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their business needs and provide solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives and improve processes.
  • Comply with all regulatory requirements and Philips policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a diagnostic imaging service environment or 4+ years in electromechanical industries.
  • Strong technical knowledge of electronic, mechanical, and networking theory.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
