Compensation and Benefits:

  • A competitive salary ranging from $33.00 to $44.20 per hour, based on experience
  • $5,000 sign-on bonus if within 50 miles of Huntsville, AL
  • $10,000 relocation assistance if outside 50 miles

About the Job:

Job Summary

This position involves preventative maintenance on electrical and mechanical equipment, ensuring compliance with standards. You will work collaboratively with our team to maintain production, quality, cost, and safety goals.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Perform routine maintenance tasks on equipment, including assembly, design, and testing of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems
  2. Fabricate and machine components for repair, maintenance, and project work
  3. Write, program, troubleshoot, modify, and repair programmable logic controllers, CNC machines, and other electronic equipment
  4. Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical equipment, and machine components

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Technology or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Industrial maintenance and/or military experience
  • Electrical and mechanical knowledge
  • Demonstrated success in troubleshooting and problem-solving
  • Technical knowledge and skills in PLCs, Computers & Information Technology, Hydraulic/Pneumatic, Motion/Motor Control, Welding, Machining, Robotics
  • Available to work any shift, including overtime, holidays, weekends, and shutdowns

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Electrical degree, diploma, or certification of completion for studies of electricity
  • Experience working with and/or repairing robots
  • Experience with Milling Machines, Lathes, Surface Grinders or programming CNC Machines
