About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to utilize their technical expertise and contribute to the maintenance of our properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete work orders and repair tasks efficiently, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Evaluate and estimate the time and extent required for repairs, optimizing resource allocation.
  • Perform routine preventive maintenance to prevent equipment failures and reduce downtime.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, supplies, and materials.
  • Collaborate with external contractors as necessary to ensure seamless project execution.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A strong foundation in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC systems.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, although prior experience in maintenance or related fields is highly valued.
  • Familiarity with common maintenance tools and equipment.
  • The ability to handle physical demands of the job, including standing, walking, and lifting.
  • Excellent time management and attention to detail skills.
