TH BENDER is seeking a seasoned executive to lead our US subsidiary as Chief Executive Officer. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing and executing strategic plans, and fostering a positive work environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Develop and Execute Strategic Plans**: Provide leadership and vision to the US organization, develop and execute mid- and long-term plans to drive business growth and profitability.
- **Sales and Market Development**: Drive sales and strategic targeting of key markets and clients, leveraging existing connections in the industry for business growth opportunities.
- **Leadership and Team Management**: Effectively manage the U.S. subsidiary's P&L, provide guidance and leadership to the US team, and promote a positive team-based environment to achieve optimum results.
- **Process Improvement**: Regularly evaluate processes to drive improvement initiatives, ensuring efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective management of resources.
**Requirements**
- **Leadership Experience**: Several years of leadership experience in sales management, business development, and/or key account management, coupled with general management capacity.
- **Industry Expertise**: An extensive background or experience in the hydraulics industry (or related) is required, ideally with suppliers of hydraulic accessories.
- **Sales and Business Development**: Excellent sales-related skills set, including knowledge of sales process, ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- **P&L Management**: Proven track record managing a branch, business unit, group, or company with P&L responsibility, ideally within a medium-sized organization.
**What We Offer**
- **Competitive Salary**: $70,000.00 per year
