Job Summary

Beep Inc is seeking a highly skilled AV Support Specialist to join our team at our headquarters in Orlando, FL. As a key member of our Command Center, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our autonomous fleet.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operations Oversight: Monitor and oversee the operations of Beep's autonomous fleet using a combination of internal and vendor applications.
  • Issue Resolution: Serve as the primary point of contact for operational issues, track, diagnose, resolve, and report on all issues related to autonomous software, systems, and mechanics.
  • Software Coordination: Coordinate and implement software upgrades across our fleet of autonomous vehicles, working closely with vendor support as needed.
  • Data Analysis: Maintain and analyze data logs generated from shuttle activities, providing insights to inform operational decisions.
  • Training and Development: Educate field operations teams on troubleshooting techniques and present technical documents, such as SOPs and data reports.

Requirements

  • Education: Associate or Bachelor's degree in engineering or other STEM fields.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a technical field or within an IT customer support role (preferred).
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills, ability to learn and work with complex software systems, and excellent communication skills.
  • Additional Requirements
    • Availability: Must be able to support shift schedules, including nights and weekends.
    • Communication: Must be able to communicate in English effectively with other individuals.
    • Teamwork: Must be able to maintain good relations with employees, supervisors, and contractors.
    • Physical Demands: Must be able to visually inspect tools, vehicle, equipment, and/or machines.
    • Certifications: Must pass background check, have a good driving record, and hold a current FL driver's license.
