Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the operations of Beep's autonomous fleet using a combination of internal and vendor applications.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for operational issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Track, diagnose, resolve, and report on all issues related to autonomous software, systems, and mechanics.
  • Coordinate and implement software upgrades across our fleet of autonomous vehicles.
  • Maintain and analyze data logs generated from shuttle activities.
  • Educate field operations teams on troubleshooting techniques and best practices.
  • Present and create technical documents, including SOPs, Excel spreadsheets, and data visualizations.

Requirements:

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related STEM field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a technical field or within an IT customer support role (preferred).
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to learn and work with complex software systems.
  • Ability to understand and present high-level data.
  • Ability to confidently and accurately multi-task issues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to deal effectively with clients.

Additional Requirements:

  • Ability to support a shift schedule, including nights and weekends.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English with other individuals.
  • Ability to maintain good relations with employees, supervisors, and contractors.
  • Ability to visually inspect tools, vehicle, equipment, and/or machines.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
  • Good driving record with a current FL driver's license.
  • Pass Beep AV operator training and certification.
