Qualifications:

  • Registered Behavior Technician certification as per BACB standards
  • BCBA student status preferred but not mandatory
  • Minimum requirement of a high school diploma or GED
  • Valid driver's license, automobile insurance, and reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check
  • Authorization to work in the United States
  • Must be at least 18 years old at the time of hire

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA
  • Provide direct one-on-one support to individuals with developmental challenges
  • Collect and analyze data to monitor individual progress and inform decisions
  • Assist in creating and executing personalized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with the BCBA and team members for effective intervention implementation
  • Maintain regular communication with parents and caregivers regarding progress
  • Document sessions and progress reports accurately and thoroughly
  • Participate in ongoing supervision and training for professional growth

Physical Requirements:

Physical tasks may include walking, standing, sitting, kneeling, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
