Job Overview

SRG Stairs, a part of SRG Ventures, is seeking a dedicated full-time Client Relationship Manager to enhance our operations. This role is essential in fostering and overseeing new client partnerships while driving revenue growth in the designated market.

Required Qualifications:

  • Preferred Associate's Degree in Business or a related discipline
  • Minimum of five years in an account management role, particularly in the construction services sector
  • One year of supervisory experience is advantageous; or
  • A combination of relevant education and experience

Core Responsibilities:

  • Assist in crafting proposals and delivering sales presentations.
  • Maintain effective communication with the General Manager, Sales Team, and Production Team to ensure alignment with sales and customer goals.
  • Handle customer orders with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Organize workflows to meet client deadlines.
  • Present and discuss the company's products and services to clients, showcasing quality and a deep understanding of their needs.
  • Manage phone communications with professionalism and clarity.
  • Address customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns promptly, ensuring satisfactory resolutions.
  • Utilize the company’s pricing system and policies appropriately.
  • Review estimates and invoices for accuracy and timeliness.
  • Support sales efforts through service, education, and effective problem-solving, involving team members as necessary.
  • Contribute to the strategic sales plan and marketing initiatives set by the sales team.
  • Coordinate and schedule job installations.
  • Conduct site visits to ensure quality of installations and address any outstanding issues.
  • Follow up on new leads generated from field activities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients, understanding their processes and systems.
  • Learn to perform material take-offs, prepare bids, and manage installation schedules.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.
