Client Relationship Manager

SRG Stairs, a part of SRG Ventures, is seeking a dedicated full-time Client Relationship Manager to enhance our operations. This role is essential in fostering and overseeing new client partnerships while driving revenue growth in the designated market.

Required Qualifications:
- Preferred Associate's Degree in Business or a related discipline
- Minimum of five years in an account management role, particularly in the construction services sector
- One year of supervisory experience is advantageous; or
- A combination of relevant education and experience
Core Responsibilities:
- Assist in crafting proposals and delivering sales presentations.
- Maintain effective communication with the General Manager, Sales Team, and Production Team to ensure alignment with sales and customer goals.
- Handle customer orders with professionalism and efficiency.
- Organize workflows to meet client deadlines.
- Present and discuss the company's products and services to clients, showcasing quality and a deep understanding of their needs.
- Manage phone communications with professionalism and clarity.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns promptly, ensuring satisfactory resolutions.
- Utilize the company’s pricing system and policies appropriately.
- Review estimates and invoices for accuracy and timeliness.
- Support sales efforts through service, education, and effective problem-solving, involving team members as necessary.
- Contribute to the strategic sales plan and marketing initiatives set by the sales team.
- Coordinate and schedule job installations.
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality of installations and address any outstanding issues.
- Follow up on new leads generated from field activities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients, understanding their processes and systems.
- Learn to perform material take-offs, prepare bids, and manage installation schedules.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
