In the position of Senior Quality Assurance Inspector, you will be an integral member of our Quality team, playing a crucial role in maintaining our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-process inspections, first article evaluations, final assessments, and customer presentations.

• Validate the physical attributes and processing requirements of parts with intricate geometries and configurations.

• Ensure that component manufacturing documentation is thorough, precise, and compliant with various drawings, documents, and company protocols.

• Collaborate closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Purchasing departments to uphold quality standards.

• Undertake additional tasks as assigned by the Quality department management, reporting directly to the Quality Supervisor.

The Senior Quality Assurance Inspector role requires, at a minimum, a high school diploma or GED equivalent. The Quality Manager or Supervisor will assess whether an individual's education and training meet the necessary criteria based on experience.

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, diagrams, and specifications.
• Capability to inspect parts using various tools such as gauges, scales, micrometers, calipers, and height gauges.
• Experience with Faro Arm inspections.
• Ability to document findings and complete First Article Reports (FAIs) using AS9102 forms.
• Competence in writing non-conformance tags for parts that do not meet specifications.
• Capacity to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrated ethical judgment in evaluating parts and processes.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in mechanical inspection, particularly in aerospace and manufacturing settings.
