Manufacturing/Electrical Assembly Job Description

Volt is seeking a skilled Manufacturing/Electrical Assembly professional to join our team in Addison, TX. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assembling and testing electrical components according to drawings and work order specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Fitting and assembling components according to drawings and work order specifications.
  • Using hand/power tools for assembly, including drilling, measuring, and electrical cabling.
  • Ensuring company quality standards are met and supporting continuous improvement efforts.
  • Performing inventory control activities, picking orders, and preparing orders for shipping.
  • Receiving incoming products, maintaining inventory, and transacting receipts in ERP software.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of assembly experience.
  • Ability to use MS Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Proven expertise in Industrial, Manufacturing, and Administrative/Clerical fields.
  • General dexterity and ability to stand, walk, and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and as a quality-oriented team player.
Benefits:
