Position Overview:
We are currently seeking an Electronics Assembly Technician to join our dynamic team. This role involves assembling electronic components and installing discrete devices on Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs) following precise manufacturing guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble and solder electronic components onto PCBs.
- Work with small Surface Mount Technology (SMT) components, ensuring accurate placement in designated locations.
- Perform soldering tasks with thru-hole PCB components.
- Inspect and repair solder connections on various circuit boards and assemblies.

Qualifications:
- High School diploma is required.
- Prior experience in assembly or manufacturing is essential.
- Strong soldering skills and knowledge of soldering techniques are mandatory.
- Ability to understand and follow instructions in English.
- Good dexterity and eyesight are crucial for working with small components.

Preferred Skills:
- IPC J-STD-001 Soldering Certification.
- Experience with IPC-A-610 inspection.
- Familiarity with both thru-hole assembly and Surface Mount Technology (SMT) manufacturing.
- A technical degree in Electronics manufacturing is advantageous but not required.
