Job Title: Principal Drive Integration Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Drive Integration Engineer to join our team at Western Digital. As a key member of our HDD Program Management Team, you will be responsible for planning and defining development phases, product requirements, and product features.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement manufacturing test processes
  • Lead the development of new technology staging/prototyping and new product development
  • Analyze and resolve issues identified during system integration
  • Drive yield roadmap and improvements
  • Identify and interpret data collection requirements
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or Higher in Electronics, Engineering, or Physical Sciences
  • At least 6 years of engineering experience in the Electrical or Electronics Industry
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with data extraction, data analysis, and statistics
  • Familiarity with programming and tool development using TCL, Python, C, and C++
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in Hard Drive Technology
