Sales Development Manager Position

We're looking for a highly motivated Sales Development Manager to lead our Early Pay Program (EPP) sales team. As a key player in growing our sales pipeline, you'll mentor SDRs, refine outreach strategies, and ensure consistent engagement and qualification of contractor prospects for the EPP. Your contributions will drive team success, foster a culture of excellence, and support our mission to redefine construction innovation.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement effective outreach strategies to maximize team efficiency and lead quality.
  2. Mentor SDRs in prospecting, outreach, and qualification techniques to achieve individual and team goals.
  3. Monitor and analyze SDR metrics (such as outreach volume, conversion rates, etc.) to inform data-driven decisions and enhance team performance.
  4. Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to align SDR activities with broader company growth objectives.
  5. Leverage sales enablement technology and CRM tools to track team performance and optimize outreach efforts.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in an outbound sales role, with a minimum of 1 year in a management or lead position.
  • Familiarity with tracking and reporting team performance metrics.
  • A proven track record in building relationships with prospects and qualifying leads in a high-growth environment.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Able to work out of our NYC office a minimum of 3 days a week.
