Autism Early Enrichment Services (AEES) is a NYS approved Early Intervention Agency providing home-based early intervention services to children birth to 3 years old with developmental disabilities and delays in the five boroughs of NYC.

We are seeking an experienced Early Intervention Specialist to join our team. As an Early Intervention Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, family-centered early intervention services to young children with autism and their families.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education, experience working with young children with autism, and excellent communication skills. You will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to design and implement individualized plans that promote the child's cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.

This is a part-time fee-for-service position, offering a competitive rate and opportunities for professional growth and development. We provide free training and support to help you succeed in your role.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Design and implement individualized plans for young children with autism
  • Provide high-quality, family-centered early intervention services
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Document progress and maintain accurate records

**Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in early childhood education, special education, or related field
  • Experience working with young children with autism
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

**Salary:** $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience
