Job Title: Early Intervention Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Certified Behavior Analyst Assistant (CBAA) to join our team at Autism Early Enrichment Services. As an Early Intervention Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing home-based early intervention services to infants and toddlers with developmental disabilities and delays in the five boroughs of NYC.

Salary: $60,000 per year (approximately $50 per hour)

Company Overview: AEES is a New York State-approved Early Intervention Agency that provides comprehensive services to support the development of children from birth to 3 years old.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services under the guidance of a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA)
  • Complete and submit required documentation in a timely manner
  • Maintain consistent attendance in weekly supervision sessions and participate in required trainings
  • Travel within the five boroughs to provide home-based services

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
  • New York State certification as a CBAA (or eligibility to apply)
  • Completion of child abuse identification and reporting training
  • Demonstrated commitment to ethical practice and patient confidentiality
