Position Overview

We are in search of dedicated and licensed mental health professionals who are eager to express their creativity and authenticity within a nurturing atmosphere. The ideal candidate will possess full licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LCP. Experience in areas such as substance abuse treatment, eating disorder therapy, or other specialized fields is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess mental health conditions, develop, implement, and maintain treatment plans, and ensure thorough documentation.
  • Deliver outstanding client service and collaborate with a dynamic team to advance our mission of addressing community needs.
  • Employ innovative therapeutic interventions to assist clients in achieving and surpassing their objectives.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

  • Master's degree in behavioral sciences or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Clinical licensure (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, etc.) is preferred.
  • Experience in completing diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and clinical documentation.
  • Passion for therapeutic modalities including EMDR, DBT, CBT, and others.
  • Ability to establish and maintain appropriate professional boundaries with clients.
  • Proficient in Office 365 and electronic health record systems.
  • Fully licensed clinicians should ideally be credentialed with insurance providers.
