Job Title: LPC Resident in Counseling Teletherapist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) Resident to join our team at MySpectrum. As a Teletherapist, you will provide outpatient online counseling services to children and adults, focusing on the Autism Spectrum, Substance Abuse Spectrum, Mental Health Spectrum, and Whole Life Spectrum.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide therapy virtually in standard 45-60 minute sessions
  • Complete assessments and treatment plans
  • Complete progress notes
  • Provide input on strategies, techniques, and services to offer to help as many people as possible
  • Be an integral part of the growth and development of MySpectrum

Requirements:

  • Masters degree that satisfies pre-requisite for supervision toward LPC
  • Eligible for Supervision toward LPC per Board of Counseling
  • Located in Virginia
  • Ability to communicate effectively through digital platforms
  • Ability to learn new skills quickly and efficiently
  • Solid clinical foundation, with the potential to learn and grow
  • Desire to build skills and become a well-rounded Licensed Professional Counselor who will give back to the Counseling field throughout their career
