**Job Summary**
We are seeking a qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) to join our team as a Community Based Counselor. As a QMHP, you will provide Intensive In-Home and Mental Health Skill Building Services to adults with serious mental illness in the greater Richmond area.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide 1-1 mental health counseling related to client goals
- Provide skill building to adults with serious mental illness
- Take adult clients to appointments and link them with community resources
- Conduct case management to ensure clients' basic needs are met
- Provide individual and family counseling to children and adolescents
- Develop and implement individualized service plans
- Complete quarterly reports and progress notes
- Provide information for authorization of services
- Participate in regular supervision and team meetings

**Requirements**
We are seeking a licensed or licensed-eligible QMHP with experience working with children and adults. If you are on the path to licensure, we will work with you to provide supervision experience. If you are a QMHP with experience, we want to hear from you.
