Responsibilities:

  • Provide therapy services virtually to clients of diverse backgrounds and ages
  • Conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and maintain progress notes
  • Collaborate with the MySpectrum team to develop innovative strategies and techniques for client care
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance clinical skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Licensed as an LCSW, LPC, or LCP in the state of Virginia, with eligibility for credentialing with major insurance panels
  • Experience working with diverse populations, including children, families, and adults
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to client-centered care
