Job Description:
We are seeking a driven Respiratory Care Specialist to join our team in assessing and treating patients with respiratory and cardiopulmonary disorders. The ideal candidate will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, educate patients and their families on respiratory health management, and stay current with the latest advancements in respiratory therapy.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential
- Valid state license to practice as a respiratory therapist
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
- Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care
