Our Opportunity:

We are seeking a Senior Talent Partner to support our evolving organization. In this role, you will partner with business leaders and their teams to provide full-cycle recruiting support. You will be responsible for partnering with hiring managers to hire top talent and creating an exceptional hiring experience.

Your Role:

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and understand challenges and opportunities, and deliver talent and organizational solutions that ensure a capable workforce.
  • Drive and own full lifecycle recruitment for positions at all levels across the organization, ensuring a high level of service delivery.
  • Utilize strategic consulting and influencing skills to provide talent acquisition expertise and recommendations to hiring managers and business leaders on ways to attract the best talent.
  • Ensure a high-level experience by working directly with candidates and hiring managers to schedule and conduct interviews.
  • Partner with senior business leaders and HR Business Partners to understand business strategies, organizational plans, and the talent landscape.
  • Develop and execute on strategic recruiting plans that attract a diverse candidate pipeline while providing an excellent candidate experience.
  • Build diverse candidate pipelines through direct sourcing, advertising, networking, referrals, and industry contacts.
  • Consult with Hiring Managers, HRBP, and Compensation to determine recommended compensation packages that will secure top talent.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable federal and state regulations, diversity initiatives, EEO, and affirmative action programs.

Your Background:

  • Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent work experience.
  • 8+ years of demonstrated recruiting and talent acquisition experience within the life sciences industries.
  • Recruiting experience in Discovery, Research, and Clinical required.
  • Experience in identifying creative recruiting strategies to source and attract passive candidates.
  • Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-up.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills with a demonstrated ability to build relationships with senior and executive leaders.
  • Self-motivated, assertive, and self-confident with a strong business acumen and the ability to act with urgency and passion.
  • Proven ability to work with a high level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Systems thinker; connects dots and drives to a bigger picture.
  • Highly collaborative and takes a consultative approach to business partnership.
