  • Correspondence with Underwriters: Communicate effectively with underwriters to resolve issues.
  • Affidavits Prep: Prepare and review affidavits.
  • Entity Doc Review: Review and analyze entity documents.
  • Correspondence with Attorneys: Communicate effectively with attorneys to resolve issues.
  • Problem Solving: Identify and resolve problems in a timely and efficient manner.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Must have experience in commercial title operations.
  • Skills: Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Education: A degree in a related field is preferred.
