Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in an automotive parts department.
  • 5 years of experience in an automotive parts department, with a proven track record of success in sales and operations.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Proficient in dealership computer systems and software.
