  • Ensure compliance with OMS procedures and standards, ensuring our office operates in accordance with best practices.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role, with a focus on record-keeping and office management.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in IT systems and software, including the OMS Online Portal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
