We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Desk Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring seamless patient experiences by coordinating appointment details, communicating with patients and healthcare teams, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate patient appointments, including check-in procedures and rooming for providers
  • Collect patient vitals and complete pre-examination record information
  • Schedule follow-up appointments and manage patient flow
  • Communicate scheduling delays or changes to patients and healthcare teams
  • Assist with wayfinding and perform additional direct patient care duties as needed
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent and minimum two years' customer service experience in a multi-tasking environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Superior customer service skills and ability to work in a team environment
  • Computer skills, including Windows-based applications and intranet/internet use
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills, with ability to adapt to change
