Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Provide strategic leadership and direction to the restoration team, ensuring effective communication, coaching, and development of employees.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee the management of office and field staff, ensuring efficient workflow, and effective completion of tasks.
  • Financial Management: Manage financial components, including P&L and budgets, to ensure the financial health of the business.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, and identify and mitigate potential risks to the business.
  • Customer Relations: Foster strong relationships with existing clients, and grow the business through effective sales and marketing efforts.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in the restoration industry.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to manage multiple priorities, and proficiency in current technology.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of company products, services, policies, and procedures, as well as federal and local codes and requirements.
What We Offer
  • Competitive Salary: $90,000 to $120,000 per year, plus bonus.
