About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a TurboTax Product Expert. As a key member of our customer support team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a seamless tax filing experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to TurboTax customers via live calls, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Articulate solutions clearly and empathetically, addressing customer concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Marketplace Performance Specialists to drive innovation and provide top-notch service.
  • Build and maintain a strong understanding of TurboTax products and tax return software, staying up-to-date on new features and updates.
  • Work closely with the team to identify and address customer pain points, driving continuous improvement and process enhancements.

  • A competitive hourly rate of $18+ per hour.
  • A $300 bonus for completing 5 days of training.
  • The opportunity to build your own schedule with flexible hours between 8am EST and 10pm EST, Monday to Sunday.
