Community Development Representative

At PLK Communities, we are committed to providing exceptional living experiences for our residents. As a Community Development Representative, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with prospective and current residents.
Key Responsibilities:- Greet prospects and present the features and benefits of our apartment communities.
- Secure lease agreements from qualified individuals, ensuring a smooth transition into our properties.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any issues or concerns raised by residents.
As a Community Development Representative, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our residents' lives and contribute to our mission of delivering outstanding service.
Requirements:- Minimum 12 months of sales experience, preferably in leasing or real estate.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong relationships.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
- $55,000 - $65,000 per year, based on experience.
