We are seeking a skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at Coforge. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through personalized service and tailored solutions.

About the Role:

This is a full-time, onsite opportunity at our office location in South Charleston, WV. We are looking for an experienced professional with a proven track record of success in customer-facing roles, particularly in high-volume call centers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell products and services to customers via phone
  • Provide top-notch customer service and support to meet customer needs
  • Negotiate and complete sales orders from customers
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You should also possess basic data entry skills and a strong understanding of sales principles and practices.
