Job Description:

As a Customer Service Agent at Lose Design, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and building strong relationships with clients. Your key responsibilities will include managing customer enquiries, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries, and working collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of projects and services.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer enquiries through various communication channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Provide timely and effective solutions to customer queries, escalating complex issues to senior colleagues when necessary.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of projects and services.


Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a design or creative industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant qualifications or certifications an asset.
