- Program Development: Oversee the development and implementation of new programs and services, ensuring alignment with the organization's mission and strategic goals.
- Financial Management: Manage the organization's finances, ensuring transparency, accountability, and compliance with nonprofit regulations.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including community partners, donors, and board members.
- Fundraising: Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy to secure the financial health of the organization.
- Culture and Climate: Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment, promoting a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
- Senior Leadership Experience: Minimum of 7 years in a senior management role within a similarly-sized or larger nonprofit organization.
- Relevant Educational Background: A degree in nonprofit management, public health, social work, psychology, or a related field is preferred.
- Expertise in Mental/Behavioral Health: Experience in the mental or behavioral health sector, with a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in this field.
- Strategic and Operational Leadership: Demonstrated success in achieving strategic goals and driving operational excellence in an organization.
- Fundraising Excellence: Proven ability to secure substantial funding through major donors, foundations, and government grants.
- Nonprofit Financial Management: Strong experience in managing and overseeing substantial budgets.
- Commitment to Mission and Values: Deep passion for and commitment to the mission of Maria Droste Counseling Center.
- Exceptional Communication Skills: Well-developed communication abilities, both in written and verbal forms.
- Highest Ethical Standards: Exemplifies the highest ethical standards and integrity in all professional conduct.

- Competitive salary range: $112,000-$144,818 depending on experience and qualifications.
